Hilarious Rhymings

My 7 year old Cousin came from school and told us that he has been learning sentences embedding rhyming words at school. He began thinking and composed a sentence

He goes : Did you ever see a BEAR combing HAIR?
My Aunt Goes : Did you ever see SOSA eating DOSA?
My uncle goes : Did you ever see DAD getting MAD?

Ain't that funny? My cousin began to roll on the floor laughing aloud! It was so nice to see the innocence of childhood.

zeitgeist Leadership

I had some time to check into our company's learning center while I was waiting for the shuttle to pick me up after my meeting. Days like these always make me happy when I find about a new source to feed my intellectual appetite and this time I am bragging about the "Harvard Business Review" magazine.
One of the articles that enticed me is about "zeitgeist Leadership". It talks about how not all leaders can be successful at all times, if they lack the ability to acclimate themselves to the changing business conditions. A leader of all times should have the uncanny ability to sense the pulse of the market and fine tune to the context they live in.
